Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. We do not currently ship to other countries.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $12 CAD (oversized items $62 CAD)
- Express shipping: $20 CAD (oversized items $70 CAD)
Rates apply to all five countries we ship to and are shown in your local currency at checkout. Oversized items include floor lamps, chandeliers and long linear lights. If your order contains both regular and oversized items, both shipping charges apply. The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times for your address are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs and carrier delays, especially during holidays.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking details. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help resolve it. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
