Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Within Canada, Standard shipping starts at $12 and Express shipping starts at $20. For orders to the United States, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Is there extra shipping on large items?

Yes. Large items such as floor lamps, chandeliers and long linear lights ship as oversized parcels, so they carry an additional oversized shipping charge. The amount depends on where you are shipping to, and it is shown at checkout before you pay. If your order includes both oversized and regular items, both shipping charges apply.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Do your lights come with bulbs?

This varies by product. Check the Specifications section on each product page for the bulb type and whether a bulb is included.

Do I need an electrician to install my light?

Hardwired fixtures such as pendants, chandeliers, ceiling lights and some wall lights should be installed by a licensed electrician. Plug in, rechargeable, battery and solar lights are ready to use without any wiring.

Are your outdoor lights weatherproof?

Our outdoor and solar lights are made for outdoor use. Check the Specifications section on each product page for its waterproof rating.
